Pursuit Development Specialist

This position plays a key role in supporting pursuit and business development activities across the company.
Responsibilities:- Work with leadership to identify top pursuits and lead capture planning for them
- Develop and present pipeline forecast reports for monthly meetings
- Prepare high-level bid submissions for strategic opportunities, following brand guidelines and client requirements
- Collaborate with the strategic pursuit manager on related pursuit and bidding tasks
- Participate in go/no go meetings to test assumptions and support decision-making
Additional responsibilities include coordinating technical components, writing non-technical content, reviewing proposals for compliance, developing graphics in PPT, submitting bids, and driving the bid debrief process.
Requirements:- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
