Lead Culinary Operations in a State-of-the-Art Production Kitchen

As a skilled Sous Chef, you will lead our Events & Production Kitchen, combining creative menu development with large-scale production expertise. Collaborating with the Head Chef, you'll craft high-quality event menus, manage production for on- and off-site catering, and lead a dedicated team.

Your role includes overseeing operations, ensuring food quality and safety, and fostering a supportive, efficient work environment. Leadership, mentoring, and collaboration are at the heart of this exciting opportunity.

About You

  • A minimum of 4 years' culinary experience, including 2 years as a Sous Chef
  • Expertise in high-volume production and event catering, with a fine-dining edge
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Leadership capabilities, with a passion for developing junior team members
  • A comprehensive understanding of Food Safety & Hygiene Practices
  • Creative flair and collaborative spirit for menu innovation
