Job Description

The Client Experience Manager will lead a team of proactive, phone-based client experience professionals. This role requires strong leadership skills to keep performance high and ensure exceptional client interactions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and inspire the client experience team.
  • Oversee outbound calls to book adviser appointments, complete fact finds, and deliver top-tier service.
  • Manage KPIs, time, and workflow to ensure the team is always ahead of the game.
  • Audit calls and processes to maintain quality and consistency.
  • Identify training needs and support team growth.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in a client service or call centre environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage KPIs and drive team results.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
