This role is responsible for the efficient and professional management of client service operations, working closely with financial planners, paraplanners, and administrative staff to deliver an exceptional client experience.
The successful applicant will be passionate about client engagement, compliance, and process enhancement, helping us maintain our reputation for outstanding service across the financial planning industry.About The RoleWe're looking for an experienced Client Service Manager with at least 3 years of experience working in a financial advisory firm — someone who is proactive, a problem solver with strong written and verbal communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail.Key Selection CriteriaProficiency in client management software (such as Xplan, AdviserLogic, or similar) and Microsoft Office suite.Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and best practice standards.Minimum 3 years of experience as CSM working in a financial advisory firm.Strong understanding of advice implementation processes and platforms (Xplan, Microsoft, investment and insurance platforms).
