The Client Services Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the successful delivery of our accounting services.
Day-to-day tasks include communicating with clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns, overseeing project timelines, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored financial solutions.
Additionally, the role involves supervising client accounts and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.QualificationsExperience in client relationship management and customer serviceProficiency in financial management, accounting, and tax preparationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and organizational skillsAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of financial regulations and compliance standardsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related fieldPrevious experience in the accounting or financial services industry is a plusProficiency in using accounting software and tools
