Client Service Officer

About the role
As a Client Service Officer at Independent Wealth Management, you will play a crucial role in managing IWM's new business and ongoing client review service to ensure our clients achieve their financial goals.
What you'll be doing
Prepare client files and associated requirements for new business, ongoing service reviews and ad hoc meetings.
Manage the investments, rollovers and/or transfer of funds to/from fund managers, liaising directly with administration platform providers.
Prepare and monitor Ongoing Client Service Agreements (OCSA) and Ongoing Fee Agreements (OFA).
Establish and maintain accurate client information using Xplan and Sharepoint.
Review of client files to ensure adherence to agreed processes, compliance and legislation.
Be collaborative in the continual improvement of our client experience.
Monitor adviser's diaries to ensure documentation and support information is ready for client meetings in a timely manner.
All other miscellaneous administrative functions as/when required
What we're looking for
Diploma of Financial Services (Preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in a finance or wealth management administration role.
Xplan experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with both clients and advisers.
Preferred that you have an understanding of financial products, services, and industry regulations.
Proactive and self-motivated, with a commitment to providing exceptional client service and strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the wider team.
