We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee our proactive, phone-based Client Experience team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and inspire a motivated client experience team.
- Oversee outbound calls to book adviser appointments, complete fact finds, and deliver top-tier service.
- Manage KPIs, time, and workflow to ensure the team is always ahead of the game.
- Audit calls and processes to maintain quality and consistency.
- Identify training needs and assist in staff development.
- Previous leadership experience in a client service or call centre environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage KPIs and drive team results.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
