Job Title: Client Experience Manager

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee our proactive, phone-based Client Experience team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a motivated client experience team.
  • Oversee outbound calls to book adviser appointments, complete fact finds, and deliver top-tier service.
  • Manage KPIs, time, and workflow to ensure the team is always ahead of the game.
  • Audit calls and processes to maintain quality and consistency.
  • Identify training needs and assist in staff development.
Requirements:
  • Previous leadership experience in a client service or call centre environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage KPIs and drive team results.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
