We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Team Leader to spearhead our Client Experience team. Your primary responsibility will be to lead, coach and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in a client-facing or call centre environment. You will be responsible for overseeing outbound calls, managing KPIs and workflow, auditing calls and processes to ensure quality and consistency, and identifying training needs to support team growth.

We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will also need to be highly organized, detail-focused, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
