Job Title: Business Development Ambassador

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious professional to join our Engagement & Partnerships team. This newly developed role will focus on generating new business opportunities, building strong client connections, and supporting the team in turning interest into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engaging decision-makers through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels, while responding quickly to inbound enquiries
  • Assessing prospects using qualification frameworks (such as BANT) and securing high-quality appointments for the Business Development Manager
  • Maintaining accurate lead and activity records in CRM systems, monitoring pipeline progress, and contributing to regular reporting
  • Working closely with the Business Development Manager on call strategies, campaigns, and account planning, while sharing insights to improve targeting and messaging
  • Consistently achieving KPI targets, actively participating in coaching, training, and feedback sessions to support your growth and career progression
