Rehabilitation Specialist Role

The primary objective of this position is to provide workplace rehabilitation and injury management services to employees.

As a Rehabilitation Coordinator, you will work closely with business units to ensure injured employees receive the necessary support.

A successful candidate will possess a degree qualification in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation Counselling or another health-related field or extensive relevant working experience in a rehabilitation role deemed equivalent.

Key responsibilities include developing return-to-work plans, providing ongoing support through workplace visits and medical case conferences, and guiding on legislative entitlements and responsibilities under workers' compensation legislation.
