We are currently looking for **Casual Female Community Support Workers** to join our team of support service professionals and help make a difference in our clients lives in Ourimbah NSW and surrounding areas on the Central Coast.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide 1:1 quality support and meet the requirements of the clients based on their individual needs and in line with their goals.
- Assist clients in accessing the community
- Assist clients in achieving rehabilitation goals and assisting with their programs.
- Provide personal care
- Support clients with judgment and decision making
- Monitor client behavior
- Maintain accurate records and report writing
- Provide feedback to the relevant Manager
- Must be willing to travel to surrounding locations and have flexible travel distance.

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- An appropriate certificate relevant to the work required to be performed
- Previous experience in a related/ comparable industry or service to undertake the range of activities required.

**Employment Conditions**:

- Driver License and use of a registered vehicle
- First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011 - Provide first aid)
- Working With Children Check (NSW) Or NDIS Workers Check
- National Police Certificate or NDIS Workers Check
- Android or iOS compatible smartphone
- COVID19 Vaccination Certificate including Booster

**What We Offer**:

- Great Hourly Rate: $38.08 - $41.54 Per Hour (inclusive of 25% Casual Loading)
- Rosters set 4-6 weeks in advance.
- Training provided
- Prioritize work/life balance.
- Supportive and knowledgeable management team
- 1- day intensive induction training.
- Buddy shifts prior to commencing allocated shifts and detailed client handovers with management.
