Rehabilitation Specialist

As a Rehabilitation Specialist, you will have the flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day while enjoying the support of a close-knit team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Case management with manageable caseloads and the support of Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks
  • Developing and implementing injury prevention and workplace education programs with employers and employees
  • Collaborating with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals to provide high-quality services
  • Providing evidence-based psychological interventions to promote positive outcomes
  • Completing various assessments using clinical skills, including initial assessments, treatment plans, psychosocial barriers to employment, and vocational assessments for injured workers
