Senior Injury Manager

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Return to Work Specialist to join our team. This is a critical role that requires strong interpersonal and influencing skills, as well as sound knowledge of injury management and workers' compensation legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate return to work plans and communicate with stakeholders
- Attend initial doctor's consultations and coordinate communication with rehabilitation providers and insurers
- Assist and coach management to build a positive rehabilitation and return to work environment
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Certificate IV in Health and Safety or tertiary Human Resources qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar Injury Management, Return to Work, Workers Compensation, or Workplace Health Safety role
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, reporting and written/oral communication skills
- Sound knowledge of injury management and workers' compensation legislation
