HR Business Partner Role

We are seeking a strategic HR business partner to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will play a key role in shaping our organization's future by driving HR initiatives and partnering with senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leaders across the business to provide practical, people-first HR advice that makes a tangible impact.
  • Identify key trends and provide insights to ensure compliance and drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute the People Strategy aligned with our vision and long-term goals.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to embed these values into our culture.
  • Collaborate with the Director of HR to implement global and local HR programs tailored to our people.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • 8+ years of HR experience in progressively senior Business Partner roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, policies, and practices.
  • Ability to balance strategic and operational HR responsibilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Proactive, autonomous, solutions-oriented mindset.
