Strategic HR Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner with a strong track record of strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and expertise in delivering high-impact HR initiatives.

The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic and value-adding group of professionals who strive to build a fantastic employee experience by partnering with and coaching leaders across the organization.

In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to strengthen culture, build capability, and enhance performance. You will leverage your broad experience in all areas of HR to provide considered and fit-for-purpose advice, support, and influence that enables leaders to effectively deliver outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with key stakeholders to provide strategic guidance and support
  • Developing and implementing HR initiatives that align with business objectives
  • Managing within policies and guidelines while 'owning' these within your portfolio
  • Participating in change leadership as required

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in commercial and pragmatic HR, including experience working in industrialized environments with Enterprise Agreements. They will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work autonomously, and a proven track record of delivering strategic HR projects and initiatives.
