About the Role
  • Partner with leaders to provide strategic HR advice and solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Manage and support organisational transformation initiatives, including job design and performance management processes.
  • Advise on employee and industrial relations matters at an operational level, ensuring compliance with policies, legislation, and best practice.
  • Champion a culture of collaboration, driving continuous improvement across teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert HR guidance to leaders, leveraging your experience and knowledge to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, influencing at all levels to achieve organisational outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they remain relevant and effective.
Requirements
  • You are a seasoned HR professional with at least 5 years' experience in business partnering, including significant exposure to complex ER/IR landscapes.
  • Proven coaching skills, with experience in case management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a willingness to take initiative and work well with others to solve problems.
