Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CRM Coordinator to join our team on a fixed-term basis until March 2025. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing customer journeys on our CRM platform, conducting testing and analysis, providing support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve collective goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Execution: Deploy and manage one-to-one customer journeys on the CRM platform, ensuring seamless execution from setup to deployment for events and participation campaigns.
  • Testing and Analysis: Conduct asset and customer journey testing for optimal performance and user experience, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements.
  • Support and Guidance: Provide hands-on support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, troubleshooting front-end issues with internal stakeholders and assisting business units with queries and guidance to enhance CRM usage.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to track campaign progress and ensure timely task completion, maintaining accurate project documentation and driving end-to-end implementation of CRM campaigns.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with the wider CRM team to achieve collective goals and enhance CRM capabilities, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management.
Requirements
  • A Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in CRM coordination and project management, preferably with certification in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration and stakeholder management, as well as flexibility in working hours and arrangements.
