Business Intelligence Data Analyst Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Data Analyst Leader to join our team at NTT DATA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading data analytics initiatives and driving business value through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver modern data solutions, including implementation of modern data platforms, elicitation and documentation of business requirements, testing, defect resolution, production support, and documentation.
- Conduct data engineering and data migration activities, including delivery of tactical solutions as part of data platform build and data migration activities, ETL builds, pipelines, Azure components.
- Work with complex models and large volumes of data, building an understanding of data models of varying complexity across a range of industries, working with data models across different technology stacks.
- Develop Power BI dashboards and semantic models, including building high-quality Power BI Semantic models, designing, developing, and implementing interactive and effective visualizations.
- 3+ years working as a BI Engineer or technical BI Analyst.
- Experience with some or all of the following tools: Azure Data Components (ADF, SQL, Synapse, Fabric), Power BI, Databricks, MS BI Stack (SSMS, SSAS, SSIS, SSRS), MS Power Apps.
- Proficient understanding of business intelligence and data warehousing concepts, performing and executing data analysis and data modelling.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective technical design.
- Australian Citizenship.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Data Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or another quantitative field is preferred.
As a Business Intelligence Data Analyst Leader at NTT DATA, you will enjoy a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
