Assistant Agent - Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Assistant Agent - Sales. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Director in generating new business opportunities and nurturing customer relationships.

Belle Property Mount Waverley is a successful and established real estate office with a strong focus on integrity, trust, and sincerity. We value hard work, determination, and success, and are looking for an individual who shares these values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect for new clients through various means, including telephone calls, letterbox drops, and door knocking
  • Open for Inspection buyer call backs
  • Assist and learn from Lead Agent with ad hoc sales duties
  • Identify, qualify, and categorize contacts in the CRM system
  • Update tasks and notes in the CRM to ensure contact information is up to date and track follow-up
  • Add contact email addresses and subscribe contacts to property updates
  • Speak to buyers to update and determine their buying requirements and offer assistance
  • Speak with prospective vendors to generate appraisals for the Director
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value
  • Assist with preparing necessary sales documentation in line with company policies and relevant legislation
  • Achieve and report to the Director on set Key Performance Indicators
  • Attend all internal training and meetings as directed
