Unlock Your Potential as an Aftercare Manager

We are seeking a motivated and driven professional to join our team in the role of Aftercare Manager. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

About the Role:

This is a 6-day per week position, Monday to Saturday, with a fortnightly RDO. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions to meet those needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales of Extended Warranties, Surface Coatings, Interior & Exterior Treatments, Electronics, Scratch & Dent Memberships, and other products
  • Building rapport and interacting with customers face-to-face or over the phone
  • Monitoring KPIs and individual performances of Sales Reps and Departments
  • Registering of warranties and individual products
  • Reporting of figures

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated sales experience from any industry
  • Dynamic, driven attitude with strong customer relationship building skills
  • Financially hungry with a desire and passion to sell and deliver aftercare product range
  • Initiative-taking, self-motivated and driven to achieve strong sales results
  • Effective communication skills with a natural negotiation ability to facilitate growth and development of business profitability
