Rotating Shift Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled supervisor to manage the day-to-day operational management of bus services delivered out of our Toronto depot.

About The Role:

This permanent full-time opportunity involves managing staff performance, rosters and ensuring fleet maintenance meets exceptional safety standards. You will work with other supervisors on a rotating roster across Monday to Friday mornings and afternoons.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage staff performance and rosters to ensure safe and efficient service delivery
  • Maintain fleet to highest standard in line with contract requirements
  • Build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders
  • Have difficult conversations and manage conflicting priorities
Requirements:

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Proven leadership experience with demonstrated people leadership skills
  • Demonstrated experience in operations management, analytical skills and attention to detail
  • A passion for customer service and experience in using computer systems to manage shifts and rosters
