Drive Business Growth as a Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead the operational performance of our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project delivery, providing leadership and mentorship to senior staff, and managing project and operational financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversight of project delivery in our operational centre, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Leadership and mentorship of senior staff in regional offices, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Management of project and operational financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Collaboration with the CFO to build team capability and drive business growth.
- Working with the General Counsel to ensure effective risk management practices and compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a relevant field.
- A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in business operations in environmental/infrastructure companies.
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and C-suite personnel.
- Experience in people management is essential.
