About the Opportunity- Lead the charge in implementing cutting-edge technology solutions to streamline operations.
- Recruit, develop, and inspire diverse teams to achieve exceptional results.

As an experienced construction operations leader, you will be responsible for executing growth strategies across Defence refurbishment, façade remediation, and infrastructure remediation projects. You will oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless project delivery, and partner with the State Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
You will also manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation, leading market research and trend analysis to inform strategic decisions. Furthermore, you will lead bid preparation and submission processes, building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization. Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency.
About You- Proven experience in operations within the construction or infrastructure industry.
- Ability to manage large-scale projects and complex portfolios.
- Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
