Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven General Manager to spearhead our business growth, innovation, and expansion initiatives. As a hands-on leader with a commercial acumen, you will be responsible for driving production planning, new product development, sales forecasting, and future opportunities.

A high-performing General Manager will lead our team in achieving business targets, driving process improvements, and identifying new markets and products to increase sales and profits. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strategic forward thinking, and superior interpersonal and relationship building abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive business growth through effective strategy implementation and resource allocation
  • Oversee production planning to ensure efficient and timely processes

  • Ensure quality service standards are maintained and adhere to OH&S regulations
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience in manufacturing or related industries
