Production Print Technician Role

We are seeking a skilled Production Print Technician to join our Victorian team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues, ensuring equipment uptime, and providing exceptional customer service.

Your primary focus will be on supporting our cut sheet inkjet and embellishment product range. You will work closely with stakeholders, foster open communication, and assist with technical evaluations and launch activities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Installation and maintenance of Colour and B&W print production equipment and ancillary products with associated software and services solutions.
  • Provide on-site corrective and preventative maintenance to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A strong technical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and professional approach.
  • Excellent mechanical and electrical knowledge, as well as effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service, going above and beyond to meet customer needs.
  • Ability to work autonomously while maintaining open communication with the team.
Essential Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, minimum 3 years.
  • Strong fault-finding skills and technical aptitude ability.
  • Experience in field technician positions servicing complex electro-mechanical devices.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer-facing skills.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Current Victorian Driver's License and Working with Children Check.
  • Willingness to work extended hours and travel interstate for training.
  • Current Australian working rights.
