Job Role Overview

This position involves leading and managing multiple retail regions, driving sales growth, and ensuring operational excellence. A strong candidate will have leadership skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to build high-performing teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead with a regular store visit cadence, coaching managers and store teams to deliver excellent customer experiences and commercial results.
  • Own key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, wages, EBIT, expense, and trade targets, driving profitable growth and cost control.
  • Ensure stores maintain high standards of product storytelling, visual merchandising, and customer service that reflect the brand's values.
  • Tackle issues in the field promptly, escalating only when necessary.
  • Develop Cluster Managers and Store Managers, ensuring a pipeline of future-ready leaders.
  • Promote seamless click-and-collect, ship-from-store, and omnichannel processes, focusing on accuracy, speed, and compliance.
  • Protect stock, cash, and people by reducing shrinkage, preventing losses, and upholding workplace health and safety and food safety standards.
  • Foster consistency across sales, operations, and compliance, streamlining processes to simplify tasks for store teams.
  • Identify opportunities for retail innovation, contribute to shaping strategy, and propose improvements that drive growth.
