  • With solid multi-site leadership experience within retail or a similar fast-paced industry, you possess the expertise to drive business growth and develop high-performing teams.
  • You're confident managing KPIs, budgets, and performance targets – and know how to coach others to success.
  • You have a hands-on style, are quick to build trust, and bring clarity to your teams.
  • You're proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working across a diverse portfolio.
  • A background in structured or high-volume environments will be advantageous.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree (any discipline) and relevant experience in a similar role.
