Leadership Opportunity for Store Operations

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee a region of retail stores, focusing on store operations and staff management. This role involves driving financial performance, sales growth, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage state financials, including budgets, sales, wages, and shrinkage targets
  • Communicate with teams, motivate staff, and encourage high-performance culture
  • Enhance stock consolidations and suggest promotional opportunities based on customer data analysis
  • Oversee administration and stock management, including reserve stock control and loss prevention measures
  • Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures, with focus on staff development and performance management
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Multi-Site or Area Management role, preferably in fashion apparel retail
  • Ability to handle pressure, adapt to change, and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Sensitivity to styling and visual merchandising standards
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective leadership and team management
  • Able to prepare monthly rosters and analyze stock to maximize sales
  • Highly motivated and self-driven individual
