Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Retail Manager to lead our multi-region retail operations in VIC, SA and TAS. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing high-performing teams, ensuring safe and compliant store environments, and executing an omni-channel retail strategy.

  • Lead with a strong store visit cadence, coaching Cluster and Store Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and commercial outcomes.
  • Owning sales, wages, EBIT, expense, and trade KPI targets across the region, driving profitable growth and disciplined cost control.
  • Owning store standards and customer satisfaction; ensuring every store executes product storytelling, visual merchandising, and service standards that bring our brand to life.
  • Taking ownership of issues in the field and resolving them immediately where possible, escalating only when required.
  • Building, coaching, and succession-planning for Cluster Managers and Store Managers, ensuring a pipeline of future-ready leaders.
