The Role:

">This role involves overseeing the operational performance of approximately 200 stores, leading and developing a team of Area Managers, and collaborating with senior leadership to execute retail strategy and drive commercial results. You will also be responsible for improving the customer experience across the region, coaching and empowering teams, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operational performance for approximately 200 stores in South East Victoria.
  • Lead and develop a team of Area Managers.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to execute retail strategy and drive commercial results.
  • Improve the customer experience across the region.
  • Coach, empower, and develop teams to achieve consistency and excellence.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and manage change effectively.
  • Travel regularly within the region to engage with store teams and understand local market needs.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Significant experience in multi-site retail leadership, ideally in a high-volume, customer-facing environment.
  • Confident, hands-on leadership with a focus on accountability and team development.
