Empowering Lives: Disability Support Role

We are seeking a dedicated Disability Support Specialist to provide active support to clients with disabilities in their homes and communities.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with disabilities, aged care, community or allied health settings.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting clients to develop skills, independence, and friendships through participation in day-to-day activities based on their hobbies, interests and goals set within their NDIS support plans.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing active support to clients with disabilities in their homes and communities.
- Supporting clients to develop skills, independence, and friendships.
- Participating in day-to-day activities based on client's hobbies, interests and goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 shifts a week availability (including sleepovers).
- Experience providing support to individuals with disabilities, aged care, community or allied health settings.
- Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, documentation in a client management tool/CRM, Carelink +).
- Right to work in Australia.
- NDIS Workers Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
- Valid First Aid & CPR.
