Empowering Lives: Disability Support Roles

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to provide care and supports to individuals with disabilities.
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in promoting independence, inclusion, and community participation. You will work closely with participants to understand their needs and preferences, and develop personalized support plans that meet their unique requirements.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care and support services to participants
- Assisting with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Facilitating home-based tasks, including meal preparation and cleaning
- Providing emotional support and companionship to participants
To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to build trusted relationships with participants. You will also need to have a current Working With Children Check and relevant qualifications, such as a Certificate III in Home and Community Care or Individual Support.
