You will work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team, delivering personalized care aligned with each client's tailored support plan. Your key responsibilities include:
- Providing support across diverse locations and care needs
- Fostering relationships with clients and their families
- Offering emotional support and advocacy for clients
- Assisting clients with daily living tasks and activities
In addition to your skills and experience, we seek someone who is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others. You will bring empathy, creativity, and resilience to the role, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will possess:
- A full, unrestricted driver's license
- Personal qualities such as empathy, patience, and resilience
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Basic IT skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Qualifications in related fields are desirable
