Support Professional Role OverviewJob Description:
This is an exceptional opportunity to make a tangible impact in the lives of people with disabilities and those facing adversity. As a Support Professional, you will be an integral part of empowering individuals to achieve their goals and live more independently.
You will work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team, delivering personalized care aligned with each client's tailored support plan. Your key responsibilities include:
Providing support across diverse locations and care needs
Fostering relationships with clients and their families
Offering emotional support and advocacy for clients
Assisting clients with daily living tasks and activities
In addition to your skills and experience, we seek someone who is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others. You will bring empathy, creativity, and resilience to the role, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will possess:
A full, unrestricted driver's license
Personal qualities such as empathy, patience, and resilience
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Basic IT skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications in related fields are desirable
