About the Role:
- Build meaningful connections with participants and support them in achieving their individualized plans and goals.
- Foster community engagement and assist participants in accessing local events, identifying job interests, and exploring supported voluntary work placements.
What We Are Looking For:
- Demonstrated experience working with people with disabilities and a strong understanding of disability support principles.
- Excellent communication skills, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and build rapport with participants.
- Able to function as a constructive team member and contribute to a supportive environment.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- Current driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to utilize resources effectively and build capacity in the community.
