Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the client organization.
  • Utilize your technical knowledge to understand the client's needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and products.
  • Lead and coordinate projects related to the client account, ensuring that all deliverables meet client expectations and are completed on schedule.
  • Work closely with senior management and our placement team to develop and implement strategies that enhance client satisfaction and drive account growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the client and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Valid Insurance Brokers license.
  • Strong experience in risk management client accounts.
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 8+ years of experience in insurance broking.
  • Prior experience in complex client accounts.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Tier 1 Compliant.

Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
