Risk Management Group Overview

The Risk Management Group is an independent, centralized function responsible for reviewing, challenging, monitoring, and reporting on material risks across the organization. Our divisions include Compliance, Credit, Financial Crime Risk, Internal Audit, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Prudential Risk, and Risk Management Group Central.

Senior Manager Role

We are seeking a Senior Risk Management Policy Strategist to support the governance structures enabling effective management of Financial Crime Risk policies, standards, and documentation. You will establish and maintain processes, systems, and controls to ensure documents remain current, clear, and fit for purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise the broader Financial Crime team on policy governance requirements when updating or creating new documents.
  • Draft and maintain governance-related artefacts, papers, and issue reports to senior management committees and forums.
  • Deliver enhancements to policy management processes through leveraging digital products and new technologies.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in a similar role gained in the Banking and Financial Services Industry or Professional Services.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
