Culinary Leadership Opportunity

Seeking an experienced and skilled culinary professional to join our team as Executive Sous Chef. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in supporting the Executive Chef in driving culinary excellence across all kitchen operations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality food production, maintaining strict compliance and hygiene standards, and fostering a positive and collaborative kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute menus that meet the highest standards of taste, presentation, and innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to drive culinary strategy, maintain operational excellence, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in a senior culinary role, preferably within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Commercial Cookery Certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, managers, and customers at all levels.
  • Exceptional culinary skills, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Highly developed problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
