About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Customer Development team. This role will be pivotal in accelerating growth in strategic retailers, growing customer engagement and collaboration, and building brand penetration across the Awareness, Consideration, Purchase, and Loyalty (ACPL) framework.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Coles Category Manager, Assistant Category Manager, and Commercial Strategy teams to drive business outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing Joint Value plans and Big Bets
  • Leading predictive forecasting, analytics, and Atlas ownership of promotional plans
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of the Coles Ecosystem, including online and offline channels
  • Cross-functional engagement with Commercial Strategy, REX, and Consumer Marketing teams

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A deep understanding of omnichannel retail and its applications
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
