The volunteer function at our organisation exists to provide compassionate support and meaningful engagement to individuals and communities in need. Through their contributions, volunteers help foster an inclusive, respectful, and socially responsible environment aligned with our values.
To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following criteria:
- You don't need special skills, just a warm heart and the desire to make a difference.
- Willingness to undergo or provide a National Criminal History Check or NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Provide two referees (non-family) who can speak to your character.
- Be reliable, compassionate, and enjoy spending time with our clients.
- Commitment to regular volunteering.
We are looking for individuals with the following qualities:
- A warm, friendly, and compassionate personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A responsible approach to following safety guidelines.
- Promote positive and respectful relationships with residents through friendly and supportive interactions.
