We have an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing quality care services. As a Support Worker, you will be working with our clients in Melbourne's Western Suburbs, making a real difference in their lives.
About the Role
You will provide tailored care services to ensure comfort and independence, including personal care, mobility assistance, social support, and community access. You will be a listening ear, caring presence, and emotional support needed by our clients.
What We Are Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A background in aged care, disability support, or home and community care.
- A qualification in Aged Care, Disability Support, Individual Support, or Nursing.
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
- An NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain one.
- The ability to work various shifts in different locations.
