We are seeking a highly skilled Tenancy Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our tenants, while also working to sustain their tenancies through proactive property care and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day tenancy matters, addressing tenant requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to provide comprehensive support to tenants, connecting them with services and resources to improve their health and wellbeing.
  • Proactively manage property care, tenant arrears, and debt, as well as anti-social behavior, to ensure the sustainability of tenancies.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including vulnerable individuals experiencing homelessness, rough sleepers, and people managing mental health issues or domestic and family violence.
  • Knowledge of NSW Residential Tenancies Act 2010 and relevant legislation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously, with a strong learning mindset.
  • CURRENT NSW driving license.
