
Sustainable Housing Specialist

As a property manager, you will play a vital role in delivering sustainable and affordable housing solutions to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure tenants have access to the services they need to improve their health and wellbeing.
About the RoleThe work of a property manager is crucial to our business, and you will be the main point of contact for tenants to access our services. You will collaborate closely with a team of dedicated professionals and external partner organisations to enhance outcomes for tenants and communities.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Proactively managing property care, tenant arrears and debt;
- Providing exceptional customer service and responding promptly to tenant requests;
- Working collaboratively with support coordinators and placemaking teams to connect tenants to relevant services;
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on tenancy matters as required.

RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience working with diverse populations and cultures;

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including interpersonal skills and negotiation abilities;
- Self-motivation and a learning mindset, with experience working autonomously;
- A current driver's license.
