Sustaining Home Stability Specialist

Ensuring housing stability and supporting vulnerable individuals and families are at the heart of our mission. As a committed and experienced Housing Officer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality tenancy and property management services that make a tangible impact.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage tenancies with precision and accuracy, maintaining up-to-date records to support long-term housing outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with tenants, service providers, and internal teams to facilitate holistic and client-focused solutions.
The ideal candidate will have previously demonstrated experience working with vulnerable client groups, community housing experience or property management expertise highly desirable, knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act and NCAT process advantageous, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products for reporting, ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a valid driving licence.
