
Residential Property Care Manager

The role of a Housing Operations Manager involves overseeing the day-to-day management of housing services, ensuring that tenants receive exceptional support and care. This position is critical to the success of our business, serving as the primary point of contact for tenants and setting the standard for a positive customer experience.
As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with support coordinators, placemaking teams, and external partner organizations to enhance outcomes for tenants and social housing communities.
Responsibilities include proactive property care and maintenance management, tenant arrears and debt recovery, anti-social behaviour management, and providing excellent customer service while responding promptly to tenant requests.
Experience working with diverse backgrounds and cultures, including vulnerable individuals, is essential. A strong understanding of NSW Residential Tenancies Act 2010 and property management experience in the real estate industry or public/community housing sector are also required.
A current NSW driving license and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation abilities, are necessary for success in this role.

About You- Experience working with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures;

- Self-motivation and a learning mindset with experience working autonomously;
