The Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Delivery Executive to join our Brisbane team in delivering strategic services to our largest clients. As part of this role, you will work closely with the Account Executive to ensure client objectives are met, and indirectly manage operational teams to deliver contractual and project obligations.

This position requires a deep understanding of profitability, as you will be responsible for managing the account's P&L. Experience in systems integration and managed service environments is highly desirable.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and presenting executive-level reports to clients at monthly meetings
  • Developing and maintaining client SLAs and reporting aligned with the account governance model
  • Fostering a deep understanding of client business needs, including orchestrating strategic planning, roadmaps, and workshops on technology solutions
  • Driving future technology roadmaps for clients
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction (NPS)
  • Leading the BIT Client team to ensure contract obligations are met and the team operates efficiently
  • Managing the account P&L to achieve targets
  • Developing client intelligence and relationships to support retention and growth

You will bring significant experience in senior Service Management or Customer roles, delivering complex outsourced services, with a minimum of 10 years' experience. You should also have experience leading people and teams, with a minimum of 5 years, and possess ITIL Service Management accreditation. Your ability to influence external and internal stakeholders, implement change, and manage budgets will be crucial to your success.

Estimated salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
