Job Description

This dynamic and successful Strata team within AU002 Marsh Pty Ltd_AU requires an insurance broker with a good level of industry knowledge across general insurance, experience in account management, attention to detail, initiative, organisational skills, and strong relationship-building capabilities.

As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for delivering account management of workflows for renewals, new business, and new developments. This includes providing assistance in all aspects of client service, managing a small portfolio of Strata accounts, writing renewal reports, making recommendations on placements and coverage, maintaining effective working relationships with insurers and clients, and addressing enquiries raised.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Relevant general insurance experience in broking, preferably 2+ years.
  • Experience across Strata would be highly regarded.
  • Completed Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliance qualification.
  • Strong relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional client service skills.
