Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Promote our product portfolio and support the rollout of new solutions.
- Travel as needed to engage with clients and support national business development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Science or Chemistry (essential).
- Proven ability to develop customer relationships and drive commercial success.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
