- Proven leadership and management skills, including experience in staff supervision and professional development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively.
- A commitment to quality improvement, research, and ongoing professional development.
About this role:
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Family Violence Counselling and Support Service (Adult Program).
Key responsibilities:
- To develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the highest standard of care and service delivery.
- To assist in the planning and management of human, financial, and physical resources against agreed performance indicators and benchmarks.
- To participate in quality improvement, education, and research projects undertaken by the multidisciplinary team as required.
