About this role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Family Violence Counselling and Support Service (Adult Program).

Key responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the highest standard of care and service delivery.
  • To assist in the planning and management of human, financial, and physical resources against agreed performance indicators and benchmarks.
  • To participate in quality improvement, education, and research projects undertaken by the multidisciplinary team as required.
