**Job Description**

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of the food and beverage management team, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlets.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong background in food and beverage management. They will be able to motivate and lead their team to deliver high-quality products and services, while maintaining a positive and respectful work environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and motivating a team of staff to achieve excellent customer service standards;
  • Developing and implementing effective training programs to ensure staff have the skills and knowledge required to provide exceptional service;
  • Managing inventory and supplies to minimize waste and maximize efficiency;
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations;
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services;

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Hospitality or equivalent;
  • Previous experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and electronic ordering platforms;
